    Pretty stupid to have the apparent singular person who does one, small function to be sent home before EOD on a Friday. Guess even those banking hours are too difficult to stick around until actual closing at 6pm (eye roll). Thank God I only need to deal with Wells Fargo once a month.

  • Review of "Firefly Credit Union" at Fridley

    I bank with an out-of-state CU that’s part of the co-op that Firefly works with. Firefly was unable to provide a chashier’s check, like other co-op credit unions do. The teller at Firefly even asked me why I need a cashiers check - something I felt was a major violation of my privacy. (I’m closing on a condo and needed a cashiers check, but that wasn’t their business.) It seems like a good CU, but as a co-op customer with a CU out-of-state, I was unable to do business with them.

    I have been familiar with the north metro office for a long time, they have handled all of my real estate transactions and always did an outstanding job. I am currently working with Erin Callahan on the sale of my home and the purchase of a new townhome. Erin is awesome, always prompt in returning my calls or text. Keeps me informed on market activity and all correspondences from my builder. I would highly recommend Erin and the north metro office.

    The Branch Manager, Keng Vang was extremely helpful in giving my husband and I, financial options. We were able to get what we wanted with great service and no pressure whatsoever! I definitely recommend this location for any Wells Fargo bankers.
